International Media Outlet Highlights Crystal Lagoons Amenities

Clarín, a well-known Argentinian publication, has published an article about the benefits associated with Crystal Lagoons® artificial lagoons. The article outlines how these bodies of crystalline waters offer beach life all year round and allow the practice of motorless water sports.

Titled “How The Most Impressive Artificial Lagoons Mimic The Caribbean,” the publication notes that these lagoons “impact, seduce and invite the public to enjoy the beach throughout the year.”

The lagoons are harmoniously inserted in a landscape of white sands, palm trees and waterfronts, where neighbors can swim, snorkel and practice windsurfing, kayaking and stand up paddle, amongst other sports.

According to Clarín, “there has been a positive response in the real estate market when differential factors are added to projects, particularly in the case of this type of amenity.”

The Terralagos projects, in Canning, and Lagoon Pilar, in Zona Norte, Argentina, are examples of the success of these products. The positive feedback they received means that other projects have arisen in different stages of development: Lagoon Hudson, in South Zone; Remeros Beach, in Tigre, and Azzurra, in Pilar.

“The concept and technology of Crystal Lagoons is changing the paradigm of the importance of location, and ensures the success of projects in previously unimaginable locations. The added value they bring is related to the viability of projects, an increase in density, the pace of sales and sales prices,” says Jean Pierre Juanchich, regional director for the firm.

Crystal Lagoons is an international innovation company, founded by scientist Fernando Fischmann, which has developed a patent-protected technology that allows the construction and maintenance of unlimited-size clear water lagoons at very low costs.
