Crystal Lagoons Advances With Its Third Project In Paraguay

In the real estate project Costa del Lago, located in the city of Hernandarias, Paraguay, located just a few minutes from Ciudad del Este, Crystal Lagoons® is moving forward with the construction of its third crystalline lagoon in that country.

The innovation multinational is developing the project in partnership with Raíces Real Estate, a company with which it also has other projects in Paraguay, such as Aqua Village and Blue Lagoon.

The construction, which began in December 2018, has an execution period of 8 months, with the progress currently calculated to be at about 30%.

This project is a great step forward for the department of Alto Paraná and especially for the eastern community of the country, as it will increase both national and foreign investment opportunities.

Costa del Lago stands out for its sheer size, which expands over more than 300 hectares. The various neighborhoods offer single-family lots, houses, apartments, and enjoyment of its inhabitants, along with a club house with all the amenities to celebrate special occasions and an environment of indescribable natural beauty.

It has sports areas and a marina with access to Lake Itaipu exclusive for water activities with motor equipment.

Crystal Lagoons is an international innovation company, founded by scientist Fernando Fischmann, which has developed a patent-protected technology that allows the construction and maintenance of unlimited-size clear water lagoons at very low costs.
