Crystal Lagoons announces new project in Puebla, worth $115 million

29 August, 2016 / News

Crystal Lagoons, multinational innovation company, developer of crystal-clear lagoons, has announced its latest project: Lagoons Country Club is located at the residential area of Atlixco, Puebla. Although the latter town has experienced outstanding growth in recent years, it has managed to preserve its novohispanic architecture.

Crystal Lagoons has signed a partnership deal with Corporativo MCH – high profile Mexican real estate developer – to build a residential complex that will feature 1.350 condo units and Puebla’s first crystal-clear lagoon. The overall investment of the project will be $115 million.

The multinational innovation company has designed a 3-hectare crystal-clear lagoon, to be placed at the heart of the 100-hectare residential complex. The lagoon will allow residents to have an idyllic beach at their doorsteps. They would also practice water sports within a safe and controlled environment, at Puebla, a city far away from the coast.

Furthermore, Lagoons Country Club will also feature a 9-hole golf course, events centres, a mini-golf course, sports facilities (spa, gym), restaurants, a medical centre, and a large lake for fishing.

Crystal Lagoons is an international innovation company, founded by scientist Fernando Fischmann, which has developed a patent-protected technology that allows the construction and maintenance of unlimited-size crystal clear lagoons at very low costs.
