Crystal Lagoons Project in Texas Generates Expectation

The third project that Crystal Lagoons® develops in Texas is generating the attraction of the press and real estate clients. The WFAA TV channel highlighted that the crystalline lagoon in Windsong Ranch, would be inaugurated in the coming months.

The project, developed by Crystal Lagoons in partnership with Terra Verde Group, is one of the largest and most successful new home communities in Dallas’ northern suburbs. It will incorporate a 5-acre clear turquoise lagoon as a center piece surrounded by white sandy beaches.

The US$1.2 billion Prosper community encompasses 2,000 acres and is slated for 3,500 single-family units,

“This is a real game changer for us,” said Craig Martin, founding partner of Terra Verde Group. “This will be the only one announced for a master planned residential community in North Texas. We think it will increase our sales velocity and we will capture an even greater share of the market.” he added.

Kevin Morgan, executive vice president with Crystal Lagoons US Corp., told that Texas “will be the largest market in the country” for the developer within the next three to five years.

Crystal Lagoons has more than 600 projects in different stages of planning, design, construction or operation in 60 countries. That includes 21 developments in the U.S.

Crystal Lagoons is an international innovation company, founded by scientist Fernando Fischmann, which has developed a patent-protected technology that allows the construction and maintenance of unlimited-size clear water lagoons at very low costs.
