Crystal Lagoons Soon to Open 7-Acre Crystalline Lagoon in Miami

Crystal Lagoons® has set a date to open a 7-acre crystalline lagoon, which anchors the mixed-use project in North Miami known as Solé Mia. The multi-national is set to inaugurate the crystalline lagoon on May 4^th, and the local press and media outlets such as South Florida Business Journal have highlighted will be the “first of its kind in Florida”.

Solé Mia, which includes The Shoreline apartments, developed together with billionaire Richard LeFrak and Aventura developers Jeffrey Soffer and Jackie Soffer, is part of a 184-acre property at 15055 Biscayne Blvd.

Additional amenities include a pool deck with a jacuzzi and cabanas, a fitness center, a yoga studio, outdoor dining and grilling areas, a pet grooming station, a game room, a business center, a fitness trail, along with electric car charging stations.
