Crystal Lagoons SouthShore Bay Project Opening Thrills Homeowners

2020 is an exciting year for Crystal Lagoons® as several projects across the United States are set to be inaugurated in the coming months. One is SouthShore Bay in Wimauma, a gated, amenity-rich real estate project that encourages an active, socially vibrant lifestyle for 55+ adults. During a soft opening of a clubhouse complex followed by a grand opening, visitors and residents alike have been on tours and enjoyed meet and greet events with fellow residents.
SouthShore Bay, the master gated community, is located on S.R. 674 just east of U.S. 301, and will include age-restricted or gated amenities separate from those surrounding the Crystal Lagoons amenity. Among the water amenities the development will a monumental crystalline lagoon surrounded by white sand beaches, restaurants, swim-up bars, entertainment plazas and more. The lagoon will allow for man-powered water sports.
Developed together with Metro Places, the lagoon, powered by sustainable state-of-the-art technology, anchors the development and will be function as a Public Access Lagoon™, also known as PAL™, allowing the general public to enjoy the lagoon via ticketed entry.
Crystal Lagoons is an international innovation company, founded by scientist Fernando Fischmann, which has developed a patent-protected technology that allows the construction and maintenance of unlimited-size clear water lagoons at very low costs.
