The development will bring six stunning lagoons spanning a total area of four hectares (40,000 square metres) plus three kilometres of sandy beaches to the landscape, that will provide future IL Monte Galala-Sokhna residents and visitors with stunning views of both the mountains and the crystal clear waters, as well as access to a range of fantastic leisure activities such as watersports.

It is worth mentioning that Crystal Lagoons is the sole owner of the unique and patented technology that enables the economically viable construction and operation of unlimited sizes crystalline lagoons for real estate projects.

“This will be the first man-made lagoon project in the mountain area. It will be a phenomenal project that we are eager to get off the ground as soon as possible. It will highlight Crystal Lagoons’ ability to bring idyllic beach life waterfront to any landscape on earth, be it desert, the centre of major cities, or mountainous regions,” said Carlos Salas, Regional Director, Middle East, Crystal Lagoons. “IL Monte Galala-Sokhna is an innovative residential-meets-tourism development of great natural beauty that aims to offer a high-end experience to those looking to enjoy precious leisure time.”
