Crystal Lagoons Water Amenities Among The Most Discussed In United States

In a recent publication, the real-estate consulting firm, John Burns International, hashighlighted Crystal Lagoons® amenities, stating that they have become the “most discussed” water amenity in the United States. It also situated it as one of the country’s most spectacular amenities.
This showcases the cristalline lagoons differentiating characteristics, since90% of the 50 top-selling master-planned communities (MPCs) include a water amenity. Some of the developers that have already reaped the benefits of a pure turquoise lagoon and white sand beaches are Windsong Ranch, Balmoral, Beachwalk, Solé Mia, Epperson, among others.
Regarding the Epperson project, located in Wesley Chapel, Florida, John Burns International emphasized the sheer size of the amenity, totaling 7.5-acres, and bringing tropical lifestyle to landlocked areas along with sustainable technology. In fact, Crystal Lagoons requires 100 times less chemicals than conventional swimming pools and just 2% of the energy compared to conventional filtration systems.
Another example of added value brought about by these crystalline lagoons can be appreciated at the Medley project, in Mirada, which despite being exclusively for 55+ residents, will include the third lagoon of its kind in the Tampa Bay area.
Crystal Lagoons is an international innovation company, founded by scientist Fernando Fischmann, which has developed a patent-protected technology that allows the construction and maintenance of unlimited-size clear water lagoons at very low costs.
