Not only chilean soccer fans are arriving nowadays to Cuiabá, the host city for the chilean team´s first match at the Brazil World Cup, but also Crystal Lagoons, to complete in the following days its first cristallyne lagoon in this city in the state of Matto Grosso.

The project falls withing the development plan of first and second category household complexes that Crystal Lagoons is pushing forward in Brazil – the biggest Latin American economy and seventh worldwide- in association with the main real estate developers in that country.

The residential development in Cuiabá contemplates 838 households between houses and apartments, and a sailable crystal lagoon of 2,1 hac., surrounded by four big-sized white sand beaches, in a terrain 36 hac. Wide.

Another real estate Crystal Lagoons’ project in Brazil, which will be located in the same state, will have 600 households, while in a third, to be built in Brasilia, 1.350 households will be erected between houses and apartments. Both will include a navigable crystalline lagoon (created and patented by the Chilean firm), where different water sports such as kayak and sailing will be playable. The rest of the projects are still under reserve.

“Our Crystal Lagoons will be, without a doubt, a success in Brazil. It’s such and innovative concept and such a strong competitive advantage that we are convinced it’ll cause a revolution in the real estate market, as in the rest of the countries where we have introduced our technology and concept. Bringing beach life to people at the doorstep in places far from the sea is such a shock that it’ll change people’s lifestyles “, said Francisco Matte, CEO for the firm in Latin America.

Fernando Fischmann’s firm innovations, linked to different initiatives, total US$ 120 thousand million.

Crystal Lagoons Corp. is an international innovation company, founded by scientist Fernando Fischmann, that has developed and patented technology that allows for the low-cost construction and maintenance of unlimited size bodies of water in crystal-clear condition.
