New details of the next lagoon that Crystal Lagoons will inaugurate in the USA

In the coming months, Crystal Lagoons will inaugurate its first crystal clear lagoon in Texas, United States, in the Balmoral Amenity Village project, which was developed in partnership with Land Tejas.

A video broadcast by the developer, advanced what will be this complex, which will feature a 2 acres crystal clear lagoon as the central piece of the project. In addition, the community will have 2,100 single-family homes and also feature a Beach Clubhouse with areas for water sports, such as kayaking and stand-up paddle boarding, as well as white sandy beaches surrounding the lagoon.

In addition to Balmoral, Crystal Lagoons and Land Tejas will develop a second crystal clear lagoon in Houston, which will be announced in the coming months. Both projects were valued at US$ 1.5 billion and will generate sales between US$ 600 million to US$ 1 billion.

Crystal Lagoons already boasts 15 signed projects and it is also evaluating other 44 projects –in different development stages-, in States such as Texas, Nevada, Arizona, California and Hawaii, with an estimated investment of US$ 53,4 billion.

Crystal Lagoons is an international innovation company, founded by scientist Fernando Fischmann, which has developed a patent-protected technology that allows the construction and maintenance of unlimited-size crystal clear lagoons at very low costs.
