Plans For Second Crystal Lagoons Development Take Shape7 November, 2018 / News
The Business Observer Florida, USA, has highlighted a new development Crystal Lagoons® has in the pipeline for the state of Florida.
The multinational water-innovation company, in association with Metro Development Group, have released additional details about Southshore Bay, the second master-planned community in the United States to feature a Crystal Lagoons amenity.
Much like Epperson, Crystal Lagoons original lagoon community in Wesley Chapel, the 1,000-acre, 2,800-home Southshore Bay in Wimauma, southeast of Tampa, will feature a multi-acre lagoon serving as the resort-like community’s centerpiece.
Additionally, Southshore Bay will offer a separate gated, active adult section within the larger and otherwise family-friendly community. The lagoon should be completed in 2020.
Southshore Bay is the 22nd project that Crystal Lagoons has ongoing in the USA.
Crystal Lagoons is an international innovation company, founded by scientist Fernando Fischmann, which has developed a patent-protected technology that allows the construction and maintenance of unlimited-size clear water lagoons at very low costs.
