Real Estate Project Palm Beach Gardens to Include Crystal Lagoons Technology as a Central Element

3 September, 2018 / News

The real estate project Avenir, in Florida, USA, will include a private golf course, a Crystal Lagoons® artificial lagoon with cristalline waters and an artificial beach, states the American media outlet My Palm Beach Post.

Avenir will have 3,900 homes, although its central element will be a paradise-like lagoon. The development will also include office space, medical offices, commercial space, a hotel, space dedicated to agriculture, a public park, a civic/recreation area and a police/fire/city annex.

The first Crystal Lagoons project in the United States opened in Wesley Chapel in Pasco County earlier this year.

The company uses environmentally-sustainable technology to maintain clean, clear lagoons of unlimited sizes. These artificial lagoons use 100 times less chemicals and only 2% of the energy required to power a traditional filtered swimming pool.

The development will be built in phases over 20 to 30 years.

Crystal Lagoons is an international innovation company, founded by scientist Fernando Fischmann, which has developed a patent-protected technology that allows the construction and maintenance of unlimited-size clear water lagoons at very low costs.
