Fox News has recently reported on progress being made at Epperson, Crystal Lagoons mega-project in Florida that is about to open.

Epperson will be Crystal Lagoons’ first U.S. project to open. The project sold out all 400 lots of phase 1 within only six weeks since the incorporation of a crystal clear lagoon. Epperson, will have around 2,000 homes upon completion. D.R. Horton, the first active home-builder on site, began selling homes at unprecedented speeds, even before completing any model homes.
