US And Latin America Highlight Prizes Awarded To Crystal Lagoons

Crystal Lagoons® projects in the United States have once again caught the attention of the media. On this occasion, the publications have centered on the important awards that the company received in the US market for its project Windsong Ranch, Texas. The awards were conferred by important real estate and construction leaders in the United States.

These distinctions echo the excellent sales performance of the Balmoral and Epperson projects, located in Texas and Florida, respectively. These have exponentially increased the value per square meter and sales rates by up to 70%. In particular, Balmoral broke sales growth records with an increase of 345% in 2018.

Balmoral’s sales success was such that its developer is pushing for 4 new projects with lagoons. Regarding Metro, the real estate developer for the Epperson complex, is to develop 9 additional projects with Crystal Lagoons.

Both the Dallas Morning News and El Mercurio have widely disseminated the 4 awards conferred to the Crystal Lagoons project in Texas, Windsong Ranch, on behalf of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and the National Council of Sales and Marketing (NSMC) in the US. These awards recognize the prominence the multinational has in that market.

Crystal Lagoons is an international innovation company, founded by scientist Fernando Fischmann, which has developed a patent-protected technology that allows the construction and maintenance of unlimited-size clear water lagoons at very low costs.
