Crystal Lagoons Lago Mar Amenity Taking Shape

Lago Mar, the master-planned community that Crystal Lagoons® is developing together with Land Tejas in Texas city, will include amenities to accommodate a total of 14.000 residents, a wide range of entertainment features, and will be anchored by a 12-acre crystalline lagoon, the state’s largest lagoon. The development will have mixed use areas as well as restricted areas exclusively residents.

Lago Mar, the master-planned community that Crystal Lagoons® is developing together with Land Tejas in Texas city, will include amenities to accommodate a total of 14.000 residents, a wide range of entertainment features, and will be anchored by a 12-acre crystalline lagoon, the state’s largest lagoon. The development will have mixed-use areas as well as restricted areas exclusively for residents.

Texas, which already inaugurated two crystalline lagoons, is the state the multinational water innovation company, Crystal Lagoons, has the most projects in. The firm hopes to celebrate the inauguration of Lago Mar in the first half of 2020.

Located next to the Interstate 45 highway in Texas City, Lago Mar is a vibrant residential community totaling 830 hectares, which incorporates homes designed by prominent construction companies, converting the project into a mixed-use entertainment destination. Its residents will be able to enjoy an active and fun-filled lifestyle with access to the tropical lagoon, which is on par with a first-class resort service. The lagoon can also be enjoyed throughout the year by the general public as the amenity will function as a Public Access Lagoon (PAL). Upon payment of a ticket, those who do not reside within the real estate project, will be able to enjoy the crystalline waters and beach lifestyle in a Mediterranean area.

Crystal Lagoons is an international innovation company, founded by scientist Fernando Fischmann, which has developed a patent-protected technology that allows the construction and maintenance of unlimited-size clear water lagoons at very low costs.
