Crystal Lagoons’ First Lagoon In Texas Captivates Residents

26 December, 2018 / News

The recent opening of a 7.5 acres crystalline lagoon driven by Crystal Lagoons® technology, at the Balmoral development, in Wesley Chapel, Texas, USA, has dazzled the residents of the real estate project.

Described by Fox News as a “man-made oasis”, residents are willing to take advantage of the crystalline lagoon of the project, for which they only have to pay US$ 25 a month for access, much less than originally planned.

“This is in our backyard. We don’t have to drive an hour to the beach or amusement parks,” said Patrick Keating, resident at the Balmoral community.

Other residents look forward to using the community’s features, such as the poolside bar.

“There’s a group of us that get together for Wine Wednesday, where we drink wine and I see that probably moving down here (to the lagoon area),” said another resident, Kyle O’Donnell.

The crystalline lagoon also includes an obstacle course and watersports equipment. “I’ll have more time to spend with my dad, brother and sister,” said 11 year old resident, Andrew Keating.

Crystal Lagoons is an international innovation company, founded by scientist Fernando Fischmann, which has developed a patent-protected technology that allows the construction and maintenance of unlimited-size clear water lagoons at very low costs.
