Crystal Lagoons Project Seeks to Revitalize to Dallas

Terra Verde Croup, developer of Windsong Ranch, Crystal Lagoons® third project in Texas, presented residents a teaser video of what will be the centerpiece of the project: a 5-acre turquoise water lagoon that will bring the lifestyle of the beach to their lives, all year-round.
The man-made lagoon, that will open half way through 2019, is part of one of the most ambitious and successful projects in northern Dallas that will comprehend a sum total of 3.000 units.
As every single Crystal Lagoons project, the clear water lagoon will offer residents and visits water sports such as swimming, windsurf, scuba diving, kayaking, to mention a few.
Crystal Lagoons is an international innovation company, founded by scientist Fernando Fischmann, which has developed a patent-protected technology that allows the construction and maintenance of unlimited-size crystal clear lagoons at very low costs.
