Crystal Lagoons Solé Mia Project In Miami Is A Hit

The Crystal Lagoons® development, Solé Mia in Miami, has continued to break records, something that has also happened with other projects the multi-national has in the United States. Since opening 7 weeks ago, 82 out of the 200 available units have been leased. The complex is one of the most luxurious in the state of Florida and is located in the most exclusive area of ​​Miami.

Known as Solé Mia, the complex developed by Crystal Lagoons together with LeFrak, is soon to bring a stunning 11-acre crystalline lagoon to this luxurious area. Furthermore, it has captivated a growing number of investors and created an increase in demand for agents.

The demand has been such that entire buildings, which look out directly to the lagoon, have been leased, leaving larger units available that have a partial view of the transparent water that fill the lagoon.

Solé Mia is a partnership between Crystal Lagoons with LeFrak and Turnberry Associates, formed by two of the most important families in the United States. LeFrak, one of the most prestigious real estate firms in the U.S., has over 400 buildings, yet this remains a significant project for the firm: it is the first development in which they have invested in outside of the New York area.

Other projects that are currently being developed in Florida by the innovation multi-national are Epperson, Tampa; Lake Nona in Orlando; and Avenir which totals 5,000-acres in Palm Beach Gardens. Another emblematic project, the first Public Access Lagoon (PAL) , Jungle Island, also in Miami, is situated in one of the U.S.’s main theme parks. It is currently under construction.

Crystal Lagoons is an international innovation company, founded by scientist Fernando Fischmann, which has developed a patent-protected technology that allows the construction and maintenance of unlimited-size clear water lagoons at very low costs.
