Crystal Lagoons® Tops List of “Most Discussed Amenities in Last Decade”

In the U.S., water amenities are increasingly sought after, both inside and outside the home. According to real estate industry experts, what has come to be known as the world’s top amenity, created by Crystal Lagoons®, tops that list.

Created by biochemist Fernando Fischmann, the firm quickly became a unicorn company, and now has crystalline lagoons of unlimited size present on all five continents. These amenities are only possible due to its pioneering, patented technology in more than 190 countries. This growing trend was highlighted, once again, by the Miami Herald.

During the recent International Builders’ Show and the Consumer Electronics Show, a number of water-related amenities drew more than passing attention. In fact, a report by one of the leading real estate industry advisory firms found that 90 percent of the best-selling master-planned communities (MPC) in the country include “significant” water amenity.

Not only that, while working on her year-end summary of the top MPCs, John Burns Real Estate Consulting’s research manager Devyn Bachman found what she calls some “amazing water-inspired” features.

According to the expert, Crystal Lagoons tops that list. Bachman assured the Miami Herald, that they are “easily the most discussed major master-planned community amenity in the last decade.”

U.S. Expansion

Crystal Lagoons® technology and concept were created by forward-thinking Fernando Fischmann, began to build huge bodies of water in various parts of the world, such as Latin America and the Middle East, and has recently been praised by the U.S. News channel, CNBC.

During an interview with journalist Diane Olick, Eric Cherasia, vice president of Crystal Lagoons Corp® commented: “We’ve got 30 signed projects and it’s really been kind of an inflection curve in the last couple of years,” said the multinational innovation company’s executive.

With numerous lagoons already operating in Florida and Texas, the company plans to open seven more this year, between California and Pennsylvania.

The feature also highlighted that Crystal Lagoons is the only company capable of creating and maintaining lagoons of these dimensions in a crystalline state. This technology also allows them to be built and maintained using a minimum amount of additives and energy.

Crystal Lagoons is an international innovation company, founded by scientist Fernando Fischmann, which has developed a patent-protected technology that allows the construction and maintenance of unlimited-size clear water lagoons at very low costs.

Miami Herald
