One Of The Best Football Teams In The World Selects Crystal Lagoons Project As Its “Bunker” For This Preseason

Solanas Vacations Club, in the iconic tourist destination of Punta del Este, was the first project that Crystal Lagoons® inaugurated in Uruguay. It is this luxury complex that River Plate, one of the most renowned football teams in the world, has chosen as its “bunker” to carry out its preseason preparations this 2019.

The resort like development was especially prepared to accommodate the champions of America. The team will remain until Thursday, January 17. It is the fourth time the team visits the facilities (the first was with Diego Simeone, former team manager), the third with Marcelo Gallardo.

In addition to all the facilities the development has to offer, the players will also have access –both private and exclusive– to the Southern sector of the beach that surrounds the crystalline lagoon, described as “an impressive scenario that helps relaxation after an intense day of work.”

The Solanas complex has 20 towers that have apartments for families to enjoy while on vacation. It has a lagoon of 7 acres, surrounded by white sandy beaches, soccer, tennis and volleyball courts, a golf course, gyms, an indoor sports center, multifunctional areas for recreational activities as well as restaurants and bars.

The team trainers will design a circuit on the Solanas golf course and the team will use a part of the beach that will be used exclusively by the players.

Crystal Lagoons is an international innovation company, founded by scientist Fernando Fischmann, which has developed a patent-protected technology that allows the construction and maintenance of unlimited-size clear water lagoons at very low costs.
