U.S. outlets report on Crystal Lagoons® brand new project for Houston Texas: Balmoral. Crystal Lagoons is a multinational innovation company and developer of the only technology that enables the construction and maintenance of clear water man made lagoons, limitless in size, at very low costs.
Known for creating the world’s top amenity, Crystal Lagoons has partnered with the Houston-based developer Land Tejas on a new manmade lagoon project that will be the premiere amenity for communities in Houston. Balmoral will be located in North East Houston.
Balmoral will feature a 1.5 acre Lagoon that is almost seven times the size of an Olympic-size swimming pool. The clear water lagoon will be right in the center of Balmoral’s “Amenity Village,” an 8-acre area that will also have a 7,500 square foot clubhouse, fitness center, volleyball court, splash pad, playground, walking path, food truck area and a resort style pool with infinity edge.
Crystal Lagoons is an international innovation company, founded by scientist Fernando Fischmann, which has developed a patent-protected technology that allows the construction and maintenance of unlimited-size clear water lagoons at very low costs.
